About Us

Our story starts in 1968 with our father, Gerry Davis, who started this landscape construction business along with a retail garden center. While these endeavors were successful, he also became a residential and commercial land developer, building many residential subdivisions, warehouse and commercial business parks and complexes. When Dad passed on in 2001, his three sons took over his legacy. As the two youngest sons, who had always worked for the landscape division, had to suddenly transition from the field holding a shovel to sitting at a desk with a computer, and have been very busy continuing our father’s work ethic.

Most of the projects are commercial and industrial, and many are public works, state and federal government projects. The majority of our projects are in Southwest Washington and the Portland Metro areas although once in a while we do travel west to the coast or east to the gorge.

You can’t travel very far around the area without going by a past project. Just ask our children who don’t even look out the window anymore when we point out the trees we planted or the highway roadside we seeded.

Our company has been very lucky to have had staff longevity as well as really good relationships with Suppliers and General Contractors which leads to successful completion of projects.

We are active members of WALP (Washington Association of Landscape Professionals), BIA (Building Industry Association), NFIB (National Federation of Independent Business), as well as wildlife habitat organizations, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Ducks Unlimited.
